Codarra Project Management Services is a Division within Codarra Advanced Systems that provides professional programme and project management services, training, certification, consultancy and support services to assist clients to develop their expertise in the efficient organisation and profitable delivery of programmes and projects.

We provide organisations with training, consulting and contracting services in programme and project management that will improve the performance of their projects by reducing costs and reducing the chances of project failure caused by management process failure.

We provide project management services and training in the PRINCE2 method. We provide project management training through courses accredited by a State/Territory Training Authority that lead to nationally recognised qualifications. These courses are based on the PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK).

We provide programme management services and training based on the OGC's "Managing Successful Programmes" method. Our range of programme and project management services includes:
